IF A CLASS NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY ONE OF OUR STAFF MEMBERS USING THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE BELOW.

This form only starts the pre-registration process but it does not guarantee your space in class until a deposit is made.
